Waterloo Man’s Weapons Charges Go Federal

A Waterloo man’s been indicted on federal weapons charges, after police found a military-style rifle in his house while they were investigating him for drugs.

As a result, 19-year old Daulton Graff, who lived in the 400 block of Locust Street, was charged with two federal crimes — being a drug user in possession of a firearm, and making a false statement during the  purchase of a gun, which he did when he bought an AR-15 rifle from a Scheels store last February.
