Moody Blues – The Voice

Coming from he band’s tenth studio album, ‘Long Distance Voyager’, and following the popularity of the album’s first single, “Gemini Dream” (#12 Hot 100), “The Voice” was ethereal and perfect for the “new wave” sound saturating Top 40 radio in the early 80s.

“The Voice” peaked at #15 on the Hot 100 in October of 1981, but topped the Billboard Top Tracks chart for four weeks in the summer of 1981.
