Single Speed Brewing Nimble Series 007

As a James Bond fan, all I needed was to see the can and read the label.

Single Speed’s Nimble series, of which there are 9 beers, the 007 was created with help from a Minneapolis brewery, Dangerous Man. They put together a very complex and unique IPA with 4 malts, 4 hops and some oats and wheat.

This is a really tasty beer with an incredible and long lasting head that smells of hops (the concentrated citra called INCOGNITO) and earthy malt. Cloudy golden pour that offers a citrus and earthy flavor, bordering on vegetable finish. Like, leafy greens. Slightly dry finish, and the sign of a well made and great medium bodies beer – the lacing that does not give up.

It’s a little warming with an ABV of 7.7%, and mild bitter at only 40 IBU. Lots of flavor, body and character in this one!!

Want to tour the brewery? They do tours fairly often and offer a free sample of one of their brews as they tell you about the brewery, processes and other info!
