This is not a learning experience where you take classes on how to deal with stress and anxiety and such. It’s audio resources, with guided meditation, sounds, music and other auditory sources that help one’s mind to let go of the uncertainty and fear that comes with a scare like this, where we’re all learning how to adapt and survive the pandemic.
