Eurythmics – Missionary Man
From 1986 and Eurythmics sixth studio album, ‘Revenge’, the single “Missionary Man” did very well on MTV due the to the new stop-animation filming of the video, just like Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer” earlier in the year. It also got lots of radio play and ended up one of Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart’s biggest hits!
It peaked at #14 on the Hot 100 and garnered the band a Grammy award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group!
