Cesar is an easygoing senior pup who walks extremely well on a leash & knows several commands. When he gets excited he does an adorable floofy bounces on his front paws.
Cesar was raised in a home with cats and dogs, but his previous family recommended a home with no small dogs. He can be a little skittish so we feel he would do best in a home with either no children or older children.
