We now have the first COVID-19 reinfection case in the U.S.

If you have had, or know someone who has had COVID, this is especially worth reading and sharing. This is also VERY important to ALL why masks are necessary, hand cleaning and sanitizing, social distancing and all around, do your part to help others stay safe. Think of it this way; you wear a mask to help NOT spread the virus to others. Others also wear the mask to help keep it from YOU. See how important it is? AND – This is not going away anytime soon. During the cold months, the virus will certainly be strong, but hopefully, since colder weather keeps most of us inside, we’ll see the opposite effect, and hear about the positive case numbers go down, rather than surge.

I’ll be honest, when I read this, I exclaimed that four-letter word that rhymes with “truck” as I had a bad experience with it, and now it’s possible for me to get it again AND with possible WORSE symptoms. This is NOT what I wanted to hear.

I ask everyone, please do your part to slow the spread and help others to not have to go through this. Yes, I’m aware that many have mild cases and, for them, it wasn’t too bad. Not everyone is lucky enough to get it and get through out easily. I didn’t have a good time with it, I REALLY DON’T want it again and if I could work from home, somehow, I WOULD. For my life’s sake. I don’t know if I would make it through another round of this and do NOT want to test that theory.

Be annoyed all you want while you wear it – just wear it. I’m noticing more and more people wearing a mask and I know when I see someone without one, I judge them because of it. I shouldn’t, I know that, but now, anti-mask citizens stand out among the rest who are.
