Spandau Ballet – Gold
After “True” from Spandau Ballet, the second single released came from the album of the same name.
“Gold” is Spandau Ballet’s second biggest hit in the states, peaking at #29 on the Hot 100. Of course, no where near where the previous single peaked (#4), and the band had only one more song hit the Hot 100, that peaked in the 50s.
This is STILL a song I never get tired of, and can be heard singing it, in studio, when I play it.
